Management Development Program
Client: WA Country Health Service (WACHS)
Role: Project Coordinator (Lead for evaluation, design and development)
Tools: Articulate Rise, Canva, Microsoft Office
The Challenge: The program was at a crossroads. Following an initial trial, it required more than a simple thumbs up to become a permanent fixture. It needed measurable proof of impact. The original review process wasn't effectively capturing the return on investment (ROI) or the behavioural changes necessary to justify a full-scale rollout.

The Challenge: In the fast-paced world of regional healthcare, no leader has time to hunt through an endless labyrinth of PDFs for a single policy. The project had stalled with a draft spanning hundreds of pages that failed to meet the brief. It needed a rescuer to cut through the noise and deliver something actually usable.
