The Challenge
I was engaged to lead the evaluation of the trial program and spearhead the comprehensive redesign of the learning solution. My primary objective was to ensure the program was not only engaging but also mapped strictly against nationally accredited qualification standards.

I utilised an enhanced P+ADDIE framework, ensuring every phase of the redevelopment was grounded in data and aligned with the overarching organisational strategy.
