The Challenge
We were approached to rescue a project that had grown into a 400-page behemoth. While the original content was thorough, its sheer volume made it inaccessible for the very people who needed it most. Our mission was to transform this dense forest of information into a streamlined, high-utility resource suitable for everyone from frontline supervisors to high-level executives.

The Design Process
We utilised an enhanced P+ADDIE framework, ensuring every phase of the redevelopment was grounded in data and aligned with the overarching organisational strategy.
