Our
Projects

Welcome to our projects gallery: the space where complex ideas get a structure and learning experiences get a serious glow-up.

Think of this as a peek behind the curtain of our favourite collaborative adventures. From high-stakes clinical training to boutique upskilling, these projects are the result of tackling real-world hurdles with a mix of human-centred design, strategic grit, and just the right amount of nerdy charm.

Whether it's a single module or a full-scale workforce strategy, each project here represents our obsession with clarity and our belief that great learning doesn’t just inform; it transforms.

Management Development Program

Management Development Program 2.0 (1).png

Client: WA Country Health Service (WACHS)

Role: Project Coordinator (Lead for evaluation, design and development)

Tools: Articulate Rise, Canva, Microsoft Office

The Challenge: The program was at a crossroads. Following an initial trial, it required more than a simple "thumbs up" to become a permanent fixture. It needed measurable proof of impact. The original review process wasn't effectively capturing the return on investment (ROI) or the behavioural changes necessary to justify a full-scale rollout.

The Solution: Stepping in to "close the loop" and secure the green light, I overhauled the evaluation framework. By shifting from basic feedback to a robust Kirkpatrick-aligned model, we successfully demonstrated real-world impact. Additionally, the curriculum was refined and mapped against a nationally accredited Diploma of Leadership and Management, creating a bespoke plan that balanced organisational needs with formal credentials.

The Outcome: By bridging the gap between internal requirements and national standards, the programme was successfully transitioned to the internal L&D team. It didn't just get the go-ahead; it gained a clear, data-driven story of success.

Directors and Managers Guide

Client: WA Country Health Service (WACHS)

Role: Project Coordinator (Lead & Design Specialist)

Tools: Articulate Rise, Canva, Microsoft Office

The Challenge: In the fast-paced world of regional healthcare, no leader has time to hunt through an endless labyrinth of PDFs for a single policy. The project had stalled with a draft spanning hundreds of pages that failed to meet the brief. It needed a rescuer to cut through the noise and deliver something actually usable.

The Solution: Brought in as the "project closer," I reimagined the resource from the ground up. The goal was to move away from information overload and toward a "just-in-time" digital companion. I streamlined the massive volume of data into a bespoke, intuitive guide tailored specifically for every leadership level across the organisation.

The Outcome: The result was the inaugural Directors and Managers Guide: a comprehensive, digital-first resource designed for clarity and speed. It transformed a daunting administrative hurdle into a practical tool that supports leadership decisions in real-time.

Emergency Management Training

Client: Emergency Management Department - WA Country Health Service (WACHS)

Role: Instructional Designer

Tools: Articulate Storyline, Canva, Powtoon, Microsoft Office

The Challenge: Training delivery was fragmented and expensive. Hosted externally, the online component was costing the organisation hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. And the practical component was ad hoc and entirely dependent on location, leading to inconsistent safety standards across different sites.

The Solution: I designed and developed a bespoke, hybrid learning path to bring the training back in-house. This involved creating a comprehensive online theoretical component from scratch, followed by a flexible "choose-your-own-adventure" practical model where staff could satisfy training requirements via three distinct streams: central Emergency Management sessions, local site drills, or peer-to-peer practical demonstrations.

The Outcome: By transitioning to a custom-built solution, we eliminated high external licensing fees and gave the organisation full control over their safety training. The new path provided a consistent, scalable, and practical approach to emergency readiness that worked for every site, regardless of its size or location.

Client: People Capability and Culture Directorate - WA Country Health Service (WACHS)

Role: Instructional Designer

Tools: Articulate Rise, Canva, Powtoon, Microsoft Office

The Challenge: Let’s face it: "respect" can look pretty different depending on where you grew up. As the workforce became more international, the old training started to hit a wall. It turned out that standard compliance checklists weren't really helping people navigate the subtle cultural nuances of a modern office. Instead of clear boundaries, the team was left with a lot of "gray area" misunderstandings and a bit of a disconnect in expectations.

The Solution: I decided to ditch the long-winded eLearning and built a punchy, bite-sized microlearning module instead. Using Powtoon for relatable animations and Rise for "what would you do?" scenarios, I shifted the focus to actual social scripts. We moved away from dry legal jargon and focused on practical, culturally aware ways to handle professional boundaries. It was less about memorising rules and more about understanding how to communicate better with one another.

The Outcome: We traded a clunky, one-size-fits-all approach for a tool that actually gets to the point. The microlearning format meant staff could get what they needed quickly without the usual training fatigue. Most importantly, it gave everyone a shared language for respect. Now, every team member feels empowered to hold the line on professional safety, regardless of which part of the world they call home.
